We do not collect any personal data or use cookies on our website.
As a result of the agreement to use our software we register contact information about our paying customers for contact and invoice purposes. Part of our agreement is to inform our customers about updates and future developments.
The personal information that is saved are name, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and invoice addresses only.
Part of the GDPR hands you the right to be forgotten after termination of the agreement, meaning all personal data will be deleted.
Your personal data is not shared with any third party.
Millogic software builds software for her clients to process data.
All data and software are installed on the server of the client.
Millogic software has no access to the data of her clients.
Processing client data
To be able to execute our function as helpdesk, in case of problems we incidently receive data from our clients for testing or recover purposes.
Millogic handles data from clients with the utmost confidentiality and data is not shared with any other party unless the client orders to do so.
Mill7 has a build-in functionality to send data to the helpdesk.
This data does not contain any personal data, all personal information is automatically removed before sending.
Exceptions
Situations where we do receive databases or reports containing personal information like:
- In case of physical problems with the database.
- In case a data conversion needs to be executed on our server.
- In case of requests from client to build functionalities based on existing examples containing client data.
For these situations we have a standard processor agreement. Please send an e-mail to info@millogic.nl to request one on your name.
If you prefer to draw up your own agreement we are happy to cooperate.
The mentioned databases and reports will be deleted immediately after finishing customer request.
Filing VAT and CoC declarations by Mill7.
The software Mill7 comes with a build-in functionality to file the annual accounts and the VAT in the Netherlands.
These filings are sent to the Chamber of commerce and Tax authorities by using our server. No filing remains on our server.
By using this service, the client accepts that these declarations in XML and XBRL format will be send to the proper authorities by our server.
Our server will only register the license number of our client and the CoC or VAT number and period of those declarations to be able to bill our client for these services.
Your rights
Under the European General Data Protection Regulation you have a number of rights with regard to your data and their processing:
You have the right to view, correct or delete this data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Millogic and you have the right to data portability.
We believe most of your rights are not applicable since we do not hold that much personal data from you.
But of course you can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@millogic.nl
To be sure that the request for inspection by you is done, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Please mask your passport photo, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks, at your request.

Security
We take security very seriously and have taken all measures to safeguard it.
If Millogic software processes data from clients with personal information, the data is stored on our secured server.
The data processing is registered in a log book to monitor receival, contents, reason of installation, contactperson responsible for the processing and date of removal.
Access is possible only by the employees of Millogic software and by the IT company that manages the server, the sub-processor.
All employees of Millogic software have a secrecy clause in their contract, and Processor agreements have been closed with the sub-processor.
Millogic software has a liability insurance as well as an insurance for Cyber & Data.
